The Argentine Digital Nomad Visa
Argentina has officially launched a visa tailored specifically for remote workers, allowing you to stay in the country legally for up to 180 days, with the option to renew for another 180 days (a full year!).
Who is Eligible?
You must work remotely for a company located outside of Argentina, or be a freelancer with international clients. Citizens from countries that do not require a tourist visa to enter Argentina are eligible to apply.
Key Requirements
- Valid passport
- Proof of income (bank statements and a work contract or client invoices)
- A clean criminal record from your home country
- Payment of the application fee (around $200 USD)
Applications are submitted entirely online via the "Migraciones" portal. Processing usually takes a few weeks.
